May 24 , we had some nice clouds over JO42. Started working DL6NAA(as usual), he was only 52s, but a little bit later we adjusted to another scatter point and it was 59S. later on a couple other stations were worked. Not many active so only worked 5 stations, was heard(599) by DK5YA, but no qso this time.

May 9, we had some nice clouds over north Germany, at 14:15z, DM0UB(JO62GG) where 52s, but no one qrv from JO62(Still miss that square). Also heard OZ7SHF(JO65AU) with 54S and DB0HRO(JO64AD) with 52S.

Later at 15:15Z I tried with Reinhold, DL6NAA, we had a nice rainscatter qso on ssb, signal was a very clean and readable 57/59 signal.

 

Today OZ1ALS will be qrv in NAC on 2m from JO44XX, we will be running 8×4 and 4×6 elements with 1000W,

I was qrv on 3cm in the May test, conditions were not good, but I managed to work a few good dx. And a new # JO33.
Qso with DL0GTH & OK2A where made by help of airscatter.
Rig : IC756 proII + TR144H + MKU 10 G3 + 48cm procom disc and 15W.

Today I worked 3 qso’s in rainscatter, the fourth day in 2014 with dx rs.

Worked Reinhold DL6NAA in JO50(again), Lorenz DL6NCI in JO50 and Claus DL7QY in JN59. All were 51S and scatter point was in JO51

Finally !

Today 21 April 2014 the RS season started. Good clouds in JO52 and JO53.

At 13Z I did work Klaus, DL3YEE(JO50) for the first time, he was 53S I received 55S, I heard him most afternoon, many times with T9, and worked him easy on ssb with 55.

Also worked Reinhold, DL6NAA(JO50), he were 56s I received 59+, and Horst DL3WW(JO60) for the first time 55S both ways.

I heard the beacon DM0UB from berlin(JO62KK) from 15Z until 18Z, signal up to 54S, but no one else qrv 🙁
